Terms of Service for LiViNiUM Bots
By using any LiViNiUM bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the bot.
Eligibility
You must be allowed to use Discord and any features of the bot under applicable law and Discord’s policies.
Prohibited Use
- Use the bot for illegal, harmful, abusive, or harassing activity.
- Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass bot restrictions.
- Spam commands or otherwise interfere with normal bot operation.
- Use the bot in a way that violates Discord rules or third-party rights.
- Abuse economy, leveling, or music features in ways that harm the service or other users.
Service Availability
The bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that all features will always be available. Music features may be unavailable at times.
Feature Changes
We may add, remove, or modify features at any time without notice.
Moderation and Enforcement
We may restrict, suspend, or block access to the bot, servers, or users if we believe use violates these Terms, threatens security, or causes abuse.
Third-Party Services
Some features may depend on Discord or other third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those services.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LiViNiUM and Network are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the bot.
Termination
You may stop using the bot at any time by removing it from your server or ceasing use. We may also discontinue the bot or terminate access to it at any time.
